Instructions

  1. Pour the bourbon, raspberry syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker without ice.
  2. Shake hard for a few seconds to whip the egg white into the drink.
  3. Open the shaker, add plenty of ice and shake again until it is very cold.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Dot the foam with the dashes of Angostura bitters.
