Instructions

  1. Put the strawberry jam and cognac in a shaker and stir until the jam has dissolved.
  2. Add the Pinot Noir, simple syrup, lemon juice and Angostura bitters.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with half a strawberry and a mint sprig.
