Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Mezcal, Cherry Heering, Orange Juice and Sweet Vermouth to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a piece of orange zest over the drink to release its oils, then use it as garnish.
