Instructions

  1. Combine everything but the cilantro in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 25 seconds.
  3. Strain twice through a fine mesh into a cold coupe glass.
  4. Quickly fan the cilantro leaves to release their aroma and place them on top of the drink.
