Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the cardamom pods in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the gin, vodka, pineapple juice and Sauvignon Blanc, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
