Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice to chill it.
  2. Pour the tequila blanco, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup and orange bitters into a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake hard.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the rocks glass over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
