- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Fill a shaker with ice and pour the vodka, blue curaçao, orange liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup over it.
- Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Tip the grenadine down the inside edge of the glass so it sinks and tints the bottom.
- Garnish with the orange peel.
