Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe and rim it with sugar.
  2. Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Bénédictine, strawberry sugar syrup, lemon juice, vodka and simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the coupe.
  6. Garnish with half a strawberry on the rim and serve a small glass of sparkling wine alongside.
