Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add the Angostura bitters, lemon juice, apple juice, vodka and orgeat to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Pour through a fine sieve into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a lemon zest over the drink to release its oils, then discard it.
  6. Rest a dehydrated apple slice or wedge on the rim.
