Demerara rum and Atholl Brose Scotch liqueur with pineapple juice, a little Madeira and Underberg bitters, stirred in a rocks glass rinsed with Scotch. Rich and herbal, created by Zachary Pearson in 2013.

Zachary Pearson developed the Untier of Knots in 2013 as a variation on the Daywalker, and it grew into a drink of its own. Underberg gives it a finish of clove and anise.
