Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Coat the rim with the citrus salt below.
  3. Shake the white rum, Strega, pineapple juice and lime juice with ice.
  4. Fine strain into the glass.
  5. Garnish with sugarcane leaves.
  6. Citrus salt:
  7. Dry the peels of three lemons and two oranges completely.
  8. Grind them with 100 g salt and 30 g icing sugar.
