Instructions

Mix the ingredients in a shaker tin, stir about 30 to 40 times, pour over one large ice cube into a DOF glass, and garnish with a lemon peel twist. For the Vermouth Infusion: blend 1/3 cup of earl grey Creme tea with 750 ml of Cocchi VDT, shake well, let sit for an hour, then strain.
