Instructions

  1. Half fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pick one of three builds. Option 1 (blue, then yellow): shake the vodka, blue curaçao, peach liqueur and flavored rum with ice, pour over the crushed ice and top up with pineapple juice.
  3. Option 2 (yellow, then blue): fill the glass two-thirds with pineapple juice, then pour in the shaken spirits.
  4. Option 3 (green with a frothy head): shake the pineapple juice together with the spirits and ice, then pour it all over the crushed ice.
  5. Garnish generously with a pineapple chunk, a cherry and an umbrella.
