Instructions

  1. Muddle 4 slices of English cucumber and 2 strawberries in a shaker.
  2. Add 45 ml vodka, 30 ml Bonal Gentiane-Quina, 22.5 ml simple syrup, and 22.5 ml fresh lime juice.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with soda water and garnish with a strawberry and cucumber slice.
