A stirred, spirit-forward drink built on rhum agricole, with cognac, a little Kahlúa and Giffard, finished with orange bitters and orange peel. Created by Benjamin Talbot in 2024.
Benjamin Talbot created the Tropiques in 2024 and named it after Tropiques, the literary journal from Martinique founded by Aimé and Suzanne Césaire.
