- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add white rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice.
- Shake until the shaker is cold and the drink is well mixed.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Pour the grenadine slowly over the top so it sinks and settles at the bottom.
- Garnish with orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
