Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add Angostura Bitters, Overproof Rum, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice and Cream Of Coconut to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
