Instructions

  1. Add the Scotch, lemon juice, orgeat and simple syrup to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Pour the drink through a strainer onto the ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and an orchid, if you like.
