Instructions

  1. Add 1 Egg Yolk, 22 ml 3/ Cinnamon Syrup, 1 Butterscotch Foam, and 59 ml Cognac to a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify.
  3. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
