Ingredients: 23 ml Simple Syrup; 3 dash Peychaud's Bitters; 30 ml Mezcal; 1 pinch Salt Rim; 1 wdg Lime; 38 ml Lime Juice; 15 ml Brandy

Mezcal and a little brandy are shaken with plenty of lime juice and simple syrup, then finished with Peychaud's bitters and a salted rim. Sour and smoky, with a lime wedge on the side.
