Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Lay two thin orange slices in the bottom of a shaker. There is no need to muddle them.
  3. Add the gin, Cynar, lemon juice and simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
