Instructions

  1. Chill a flute.
  2. Muddle the green grapes in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Dubonnet and ice, then shake until cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled flute.
  5. Top slowly with Prosecco and give it one light stir.
  6. Garnish with black grapes.
