Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the dark rum, lime juice, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and Cherry Heering.
  3. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the coupe.
  5. Finish with a flamed grapefruit garnish.
