Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. In the base of a shaker, stir the Agave Syrup into the Tequila Blanco until it dissolves.
  3. Add the Black Pepper, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice and plenty of ice, then shake hard.
  4. Double strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge dusted with pepper on the rim.
