Instructions

  1. Preheat a 6-ounce heatproof mug.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for the milk and lime zest in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour in hot milk and mix well with the dry-shaken mixture.
  4. Strain twice into your heated mug.
  5. Twist a piece of lime peel over the drink to release oils, then drop it in and add bitters.
