  1. Add the Jamaican rum, Cynar, lemon juice, passionfruit syrup and orgeat to a shaker filled with crushed ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Pour the whole contents of the shaker into a double rocks glass or a tiki glass.
  4. Garnish with the orchid and the mint bouquet.
