Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe and give its rim a coating of sansho pepper.
  2. Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Cognac, Cherry Heering, lemon juice and lavender syrup, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the prepared coupe.
