Instructions

  1. Add the cane sugar syrup, lime juice, dark rum, gin, Amaro Averna and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 12–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a tiki mug or highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs and an orchid.
