Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake hard to foam the egg white.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold.
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with raspberries and a twist of orange zest.
