x1 shot single grain whisky
x1 shot cognac
x1 teaspoon honey
x1 shot fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 dash Angostura bitters
x1 shot chilled water
for garnish: Halen Môn Sea Salt Oak Smoked Sugar, orange wedge.
Run cut lemon round the edge of a glass and dip into the smoked sugar. Fill glass with ice.
In a shaker, stir to dissolve honey into the whisky and cognac. Add remaining ingredients and pour into glass (careful not to disturb the rim). Garnish with optional orange wedge.
