Instructions

  1. Pour the cream, milk, crème de cacao, Cherry Heering, Kahlúa and cognac into a shaker and add ice.
  2. Shake, then strain the drink back out of the ice into the empty shaker tin.
  3. Dry shake without ice to build a fine foam.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Finish with freshly grated cinnamon on top.
