Instructions

  1. Add 1 -2 Small Sugar Cubes to a shaker and muddle gently.
  2. Add 1 Rinse Glass With Absinthe and 59 ml Rye Whisky and fill with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Finish with 5 dashes peychaud's bitters on top.
