- Combine all ingredients except the soda water in a pint glass.
- Seal it tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Add ice, then shake again for another 20 seconds.
- Strain into a cold goblet or delmonico glass without any ice.
- Top off with soda water and garnish using a cucumber slice and a lavender sprig.
