Instructions

  1. Combine 7 ml 1/ Simple (Or Gum) Syrup, 59 ml Gin, 2 Absinthe, and 1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
  4. Finish with 2 angostura bitters on top.
