Instructions

  1. Press two medium kiwi slices into simple syrup using a muddler.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients except for the white wine in a shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain this mixture finely into either a coupe glass or an ice-filled wine glass.
  4. Pour Vinho Verde white wine into the prepared drink and stir gently to mix thoroughly.
