Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the bourbon, pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg white and sugar to a shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake hard until the sugar has dissolved and the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
