Instructions

  1. Muddle one fresh cherry, lime juice, and a pinch of dried hibiscus flowers in the shaker.
  2. Add all other ingredients except mezcal to the shaker filled with ice and shake well.
  3. Float the mezcal on top.
  4. Rim a chilled glass with equal parts mesquite smoked salt, crushed chipotle pepper, and sugar.
  5. Pour the cocktail into this prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with an additional fresh cherry.
