Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients by stirring them over ice.
  2. Strain this mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass or serve it over one big ice cube in a rocks glass.
  3. Twist a red grapefruit peel to release its oils, then discard or use as a garnish.
  4. Finish with a brandied cherry and optionally add the expressed grapefruit peel on top.
