- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Add the honey and vodka to a shaker and stir until the honey has dissolved.
- Add the remaining ingredients and shake hard without ice.
- Fill the shaker with ice, shake again and pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
- Aquafaba foam
- Pour half the liquid from a can of chickpeas into a blender and blend until it turns to foam.
- Spoon the foam on top of the drink and garnish with a lemon zest twist.
