Instructions

STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve. Add other ingredients and DRY SHAKE (without ice). SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Top with Aquafaba. For the Aquafaba, take half the juice from a can of chickpeas and blend using a Nutribullet or similar to create the foam and then spoon on top of the cocktail
