Instructions

  1. Put a coupe in the freezer or fill it with ice and water to chill it.
  2. Pour the tequila blanco, orange juice, mezcal, Cherry Heering and sweet vermouth into a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until the outside is frosty.
  4. Empty the coupe and strain the drink into it through a fine strainer.
  5. Drop a Luxardo Maraschino cherry into the drink.
