Instructions

  1. Prepare a pourover setup similar to a V60.
  2. Grind 15 grams of mild coffee finely and place it in the filter.
  3. Mix the first four ingredients together in a small pitcher.
  4. Pour 1.5 oz of water over the grounds.
  5. Slowly pour the cocktail mixture through the coffee into a carafe underneath.
  6. Store this in a jar and refrigerate until needed.
  7. When ready to serve, add lime juice to the chilled mixture.
  8. Chill two coupes with ice, then discard and dash bitters inside each glass.
  9. Swirl to coat and remove excess.
  10. Divide the cocktail evenly between the glasses.
