- Prepare a pourover setup similar to a V60.
- Grind 15 grams of mild coffee finely and place it in the filter.
- Mix the first four ingredients together in a small pitcher.
- Pour 1.5 oz of water over the grounds.
- Slowly pour the cocktail mixture through the coffee into a carafe underneath.
- Store this in a jar and refrigerate until needed.
- When ready to serve, add lime juice to the chilled mixture.
- Chill two coupes with ice, then discard and dash bitters inside each glass.
- Swirl to coat and remove excess.
- Divide the cocktail evenly between the glasses.
