Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing glass and crush the mint lightly.
  2. Allow to rest for one minute.
  3. Gently stir the mixture, then pour it over big ice cubes in a rocks glass using a strainer.
  4. Finish by adding a sprig of mint as a garnish.
