Instructions

Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot. Once it reaches a boil, toss in Ceylon tea leaves and star anise, allowing them to steep for about 5 minutes before straining the mixture into another container where it can cool down. Next, blend condensed milk with sugar, orange blossom water, and tamarind until smooth. Combine this syrupy mix with the cooled tea base, stirring thoroughly until everything is well integrated. For the cocktail preparation, take a shaker, add vodka, spiced rum, and one cup of your sweetened tea concoction. Pack it tightly with ice cubes then give it a vigorous agitate to chill and blend all components. To serve, pour the shaken mixture into a tall glass already loaded with ice. Finish off by placing a star anise on top as garnish alongside a long spoon for stirring.
