- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
- Add the limoncello, orgeat syrup, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, Angostura bitters and dry sherry to a shaker and add ice.
- Shake for 12-15 seconds.
- Strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds, orange zest and a maraschino cherry.
