Instructions

  1. Put mint leaves in a shaker with tequila and set aside three leaves for garnishing.
  2. Gently crush the remaining leaves using a muddler or wooden spoon.
  3. Add peach brandy, agave syrup, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and 6 to 8 ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  5. Strain into a highball glass or tiki glass that has been half-filled with crushed ice and top it off with more crushed ice.
  6. Decorate the drink with the reserved mint leaves.
