Instructions

  1. Pour the mezcal into the highball glass, swirl it to coat the inside, then tip out what is left.
  2. Add the tequila, cardamom-honey syrup and lemon juice to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake hard until the shaker is frosted.
  4. Strain into the rinsed glass over fresh ice.
  5. Finish with the Angostura bitters and a lemon twist.
