Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the tequila blanco, strawberry puree, pineapple juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake well.
  4. Fine strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and an orange peel.
