Instructions

  1. Truffle-infused rum:
  2. Leave the spiced rum to infuse with summer truffle for 24 hours.
  3. Drink:
  4. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the infused rum, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Poire William and Bob's Lavender Bitters.
  5. Stir until well chilled.
