- Spritz absinthe into a coupe glass.
- Swirl it around to coat both the inside and rim of the glass.
- Dip the rim in pomegranate sugar.
- Chill the glass in the freezer.
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
