- Chill a highball glass.
- Pour in the Simple Syrup, Lime Juice, Gin and Angostura Bitters, then fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.
- Work a swizzle stick or bar spoon back and forth between your palms in the drink until it is mixed and cold.
- Top up with more crushed ice and mix again.
- Dash a few drops of Angostura Bitters over the peak of ice and add the juniper berries.
- Serve with straws.
